Shipping & Returns

Last updated October 14, 2026

Blinds are large freight items, so the numbers on this site are estimates until we confirm them with you. Nothing is charged before that conversation.

Domestic shipping

  • Free on orders over $1,500.
  • Flat $14.99 on orders under that.
  • We ship to all 50 states.

International freight

Freight is quoted by region at checkout as a starting estimate:

  • Canada / Mexico — from $250
  • Europe / UK — from $600
  • Asia — from $750
  • Middle East — from $800
  • Australia / New Zealand — from $850
  • South America — from $800
  • Other International — from $900

Final international freight depends on size, weight and destination, and we confirm it with you in writing before payment. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Lead times

In-stock items typically ship within 5–10 business days. Tower packages and made-to-order blinds take longer; we give you a date before you pay. If a lead time changes, we tell you.

Delivery

Large blinds ship by freight carrier to a kerbside or yard drop. Tell us in your order notes if the access is tight, if a semi can't turn in, or if there's a gate code — it saves a failed delivery.

Inspect your delivery before signing. If anything arrived damaged, note it on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it before unloading. That paperwork is what lets us make a claim on your behalf.

Returns

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Return freight on large items is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
  • Refunds are issued once the item is back with us and inspected.
  • Made-to-order and custom blinds cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

Tell us straight away with photographs. We will repair, replace or refund. Manufacturer warranties pass through to you and we help you claim on them.

Cancellations

Because an order on this site is a request rather than a payment, you can cancel any time before you pay, at no cost. After payment, contact us — if the item hasn't shipped we can usually cancel in full.
